About the Role This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in primary care. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key part in optimising medicines use and improving patient outcomes across the Practice. Youll collaborate with our GPs, clinicians, and Admin Team in a supportive environment committed to high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Perform medication reviews and medicines reconciliation post-discharge. Manage and support the repeat prescribing process. Monitor prescribing trends and support safe, cost-effective prescribing. Provide patient education and respond to medication-related queries. Work with community pharmacies and care providers to ensure continuity of care. Assist in clinical audits and medicines optimisation initiatives. Requirements Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Primary care, hospital, or community pharmacy experience (NHS experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT proficiency and familiarity with EMIS or similar clinical systems (desirable).
