Job Title: Head of Strategy and Impact
- Location: Remote
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Salary: £80,000 pro Rata
- Contract: 9-month FTC
- Closing Date: 13th June early applications are encouraged as the position may close sooner if sufficient interest is received.

Key Purpose of the Role
To support the Executive team in developing and embedding our new organisational strategy, engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Criteria
To thrive in this role, you must have:
Experience:
- Senior managerial experience of planning, managing, developing and directing strategic and operational activities
- Excellent track record of contributing to corporate and cross-organisational business plans and strategy.
- Demonstrable experience of strategic stakeholder management and engagement
- Good project management experience
- A people person who inspires, motivates and supports people and organisations through change
- Strong strategic communications experience
- Experience of maintaining excellent relationships, promoting ideas and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
- A desire to work with those who have lived experience to inform strategies and plans.
- Confident working at the Executive and Board level
Experience of working in complex organisational structure
