Creative Support is looking for caring, warm individuals to join our friendly and passionate staff team in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. At this vibrant Supported Living Service in Northallerton, North Yorkshire we provide quality care and support to service users living in a homely four bedroomed detached property.
You will be helping the individuals we support to develop their independence, assisting them in their day to day lives. One of our service users, Sam, loves to go out in their mobility vehicle to go swimming or to play pool in their local pub. They particularly enjoy cooking and planning meals with our Support Workers and watching musical films together.
Our services are individualised, person centred and deliver valued outcomes for people we support. We passionately believe that the people we support have the right to lives that are meaningful and that enable them to reach their full potential as individuals.
We are looking for candidates from all walks of life. No previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment! Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
