PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment,
facilities management and more.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a proven cleaning supervisor to apply their experience to a Premier League Ground and the
club’s fantastic new stand, The Riverside.
Cleaning Supervisor - NIGHTS
Location – Craven Cottage, Stevenage Rd, London, SW6 6HH
Contract - 45 hours per week – will need to be able to work across 7 days and be available for the matchday operation
Salary - £18.90 per hour
Must have Experience in cleaning supervision – Minimum 2 years
Immediate start available – training with site manager to be taken during the day
Main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities; including cleaning high touch points, mopping, sweeping, dusting,
emptying bins, cleaning washrooms and potential use of waste equipment (training provided).
Key responsibilities:
* Excellent communication
* Completing various cleaning tasks when required
* Manage the cleaning team
* Reviewing standards
* Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
* Manage staff rotas & timesheets
* Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
* Be confident in escalating incidents in a professional manor
* Complete health & safety checks onsite
* Liaise with sub-contractors, managers, and operatives
* Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
* Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
Ideal candidate:
* Experience in supervision
* Good attention to detail.
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Polite and professional.
* Willingness to learn.
* Flexible working days & hours
* Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
