Creative Support is a national not-for-profit care provider specialising in support for adults with a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs and elderly care. We work closely with the different local authorities and commissioners to ensure we provide a person centred plan for each service user we support.

We are looking for experienced, calm and resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our supported living extra care scheme based in Reddish, Stockport. You will be providing personalised care and support to older adults who may have a learning disability and/or mental health needs. Our support workers work in the principle of Creative Support and promote active and independent lifestyles for the adults we support. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide respectful personal care. We welcome applicants who are experienced as well as those who are looking for a new career in the care sector.

Experience of providing care and support to older people is essential for this role. The benefits of joining Creative Support as a Relief/Bank staff member is the flexibility to pick shifts and work in services that are local to you.
