About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring legal compliance across all areas of our business operations. You will be responsible for managing company contracts, handling employee-related legal matters, maintaining legal documentation, and providing advice on legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Draft, review, and manage a wide range of company contracts, including client agreements and vendor contracts.
-Handle employee-related legal matters including reviewing employment contracts and addressing employee complaints by legal and HR policies.
-Maintain and update all legal documentation, including employee files, compliance records, and internal legal policies.
-Provide clear, practical legal advice to management and other departments on a variety of business and employment issues.
-Support and advise on legal risks and implications of business decisions and strategies.
-Liaise with external legal counsel when required.
Requirements:
-A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); licensed to practice law is an advantage.
-Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in corporate or employment law.
-Strong understanding of contract law, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
-Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Discreet and trustworthy, with strong ethics and professionalism.
