Summary
A long established subcontract Gear Manufacturing Company based in Arbroath is recruiting, due to a retirement for a Planning Engineer

We are looking for an approachable, well organised individual with a good level of Technical and Engineering knowledge. the Planning Engineer must be experience in different aspects of IT and adaptive to further learning and development. Multi tasking is essential to be affective in this role.
Responsibilities:
Create Route Sheets for Part Manufacturing
Update Route Sheets when parts completed
File completed Route Sheets Digitally
Design of Jigs & Fixtures for Part Manufacturing
Reverse Engineering & Creating New Drawings of Customer Supplied Parts
Creating Shop Drawings to Aid Part Manufacturing (i.e. Turners Sketches, Milling co-ordinates, drill templates, etc)
Internal IT Support
Arranging External IT Support where necessary
Other duties as required
