What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Supporting students with learning difficulties, helping them gain confidence and skills.
✔ Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Preparing the classroom, materials and displays.
✔ Encouraging independence and resilience in every student.
✔ Building strong relationships with students, families, and staff to ensure each child is supported. Raise self-esteem and encourage independent working.
✔ Getting involved in school activities, trips, and real-world learning experiences.
We’re seeking a passionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individual who loves working with young people. Whether you have experience in schools, youth work, or voluntary roles, what matters most is your commitment to supporting students and embracing our vision for continuous improvement.
You’ll need GCSEs (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. In return, we offer a supportive team, a modern learning environment, and real opportunities for professional growth.

This is a permanent position based on 31.63 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9.15am - 4pm with 4.45pm finish every other Wednesday), Term Time + 1 week of inset. This position offers an actual salary of £17,944 per annum (£24,404 full time equivalent).
