About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the staff rota, ensuring shifts are always covered while balancing staff preferences and service user needs. You’ll also be the key point of contact for both clients and carers—resolving issues, handling objections, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and maintain effective rotas
✅ Schedule care visits in a logical, time-efficient manner
✅ Communicate with clients and care staff clearly and professionally
✅ Resolve scheduling conflicts and objections quickly and confidently
✅ Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff
✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
✅ Undertake any payroll or invoicing support or admin duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
�� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
�� Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
�� Experience in rota management/scheduling (preferably in a care setting)
�� A calm, solutions-focused approach when managing objections or challenges
�� Empathetic, reliable, and professional demeanour
�� Good IT skills (experience with care scheduling software is a bonus)
