What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations across NHS and private surgical services.
- Improve efficiency and patient flow using data-driven insights.
- Support strategic goals, budgets, and quality improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance across CQC, safeguarding, infection control, and more.
What We’re Looking For:
- NHS experience as a Hospital Operations Manager (private sector a bonus).
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in IT and project delivery.
Package:
- £55,000 salary.
- 27 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising with service).
