About Us

We are a small advisory team working with early years and childcare providers to ensure high quality early education and childcare across Oxfordshire. We are part of the education team within Children and Family's Directorate

About the Role

The post includes working with childminders and/or out of school providers throughout Oxfordshire.

The purpose of the role is to ensure and promote high quality andinclusiveearly years education and childcare through targeted visits, informationsharingand training.

About You

We are looking for a qualified, experienced and highly successful Childminder, Out of SchoolLeaderor Early YearsLeaderlooking to progress their career. A good knowledge of how children learn, the importance of play, and effectiveinclusivepractice is essential. Applicants should be able to demonstratesupportivework with others.The candidate should be able to work effectively within a team and should becompetentin ICT, meet deadlines and able to work from home as well as travel throughout Oxfordshire
