Job Description
Provide direct support to Services in addressing employee attendance issues with a view to reducing absence levels by utilising the Supporting Attendance at Work Policy and other relevant employment policies, procedures and support interventions, and contribute to their review where appropriate.Requirements

This is a temporary full time post based within Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, the post is temporary until 31 October 2026.The hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
The workstyle for this post is Mobile - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 1 to 2.5 days per week and the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required.
The full time salary of the post is between £33,124 - £35,927 per annum.
