Our client is a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, known for producing high-quality products supplied to customers across the globe. With a strong reputation for excellence and growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Stores Operative / FLT Driver to join their busy and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that values its employees and offers potential for career development within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Hours of work: Rotating weekly shift pattern week 1 - 5am to 2:30pm week 2 - 2pm to midnight (Monday - Thursday) Pay: £13.92 increases to £15.03 after training period - Higher rates on overtime Main Duties: To unload incoming goods, check the goods for both quality and quantity Ensure that vehicles entering or exiting site do so safely Participate with Stock Checks Accurately book goods into the system using the Unity Business System Ensure & undertake daily Health & Safety checks on specific equipment Requirements: Previous Storage & Warehousing experience Familiarity using ERP business systems for the control of stock FLT Counterbalance / Pedestrian Truck experience Detail focused Reliable / Self-motivated / can-do attitude Comfortable with multi-tasking
