What skills and experience we're looking for
Our friendly village primary school is seeking a teacher for our EYFS/KS1 children, who understands that building strong relationships with children and parents is at the core of their role. We are a small Church school offering an inclusive environment which is committed to each child reaching their potential. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year while we continue to trial an Executive Headship Model.
We are looking for someone who:
• is extremely motivated and enthusiastic about approaching learning in innovative ways, in line with our whole school approach.
• is committed to high quality teaching and learning.
• has high expectations and is passionate about working with children.
• is a good team player and is willing to collaborate.
• has the ability to inspire pupils to develop their potential to the full.
• is resourceful, flexible and will contribute to the wider life of the school.
• supports and embraces the Christian vision and ethos of the school.
