What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governing Body of Plymouth Grove Primary School wish to appoint enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate teaching assistants to join our team of caring, committed professionals.
We are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our dynamic, supportive and friendly team who work tirelessly to meet the needs of children, especially those children with additional needs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Creates a nurturing and purposeful environment for our pupils
- Can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning
- Forms strong working relationships with colleagues, and works effectively as part of a team
- Promotes the highest possible standards of learning and achievement for all children
- Shows initiative and has a willingness to learn
- Has a good knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities
- Has an ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors
