What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and skilled Business Support Officer to deliver exceptional service to our students, staff, and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our business support team, your expertise and initiative will help drive the smooth and efficient administrative operation of our school. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
We are looking for someone who is:
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to multitask.
• Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships across diverse teams.
You must have:
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above.
• Proven experiencein an administrative or business support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence using databases and internet tools.
• Excellent time management– able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
• Discretion and empathy– able to handle sensitive matters with care and always maintain confidentiality.
