We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant team at Bespoke Hotels. This is a varied role that offers a chance to be part of a dynamic, guest-focused team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to guests across our coffee shop, bar, and restaurant areas

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and snacks in our coffee shop

  • Confidently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while bartending

  • Take and deliver food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Assist in set-up and breakdown of service areas for each shift

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with company standards

  • Help control stock, reduce waste, and report any shortages

  • Follow all Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures

  • Respond to guest requests and queries with a professional and proactive attitude

  • Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to enhance their experience

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B role

  • A passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team

  • Knowledge of bar and coffee service is a plus
