The role will be working within a fast-paced theatre team. As a Theatre Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently administering requests for bookings, ensuring the company is able to meet and exceed their service deliverables.

As a Theatre Administrator, you will:

  • Communicate with a range of key stakeholders: colleagues, patients, consultants and medical secretaries

  • Liaise with patients to book pre-admission appointments and schedule admission times

  • Process information accurately and efficiently
