Salary: Up to £40,000
We’re working with a beautiful nursery—with a wonderful outdoor garden and a true sense of community. The nursery is now looking for a confident, experienced, and caring Nursery Manager to lead their team and continue building on their quality and care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early years professional to step into a leadership role where your vision and experience will be truly valued. You’ll be joining a supportive, passionate team who put children’s wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding responsibilities
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A warm, child-focused approach with a passion for early years learning

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
