Summary
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for the position of Band 7 Transfer Service and Performance Manager within the Adult Critical Care Emergency Support Service (ACCESS).
ACCESS is a vital adult critical care transfer service, committed to the safe, consistent, compassionate, and expert-led transfer of critically ill patients across London. Working in partnership with the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (LAS), London Integrated Commissioning Boards, and critical care networks, we provide a 24/7 service, 365 days a year.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with strong communication and data analytical skills, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness
This is a data-driven role, ideal for someone who excels at interpreting and manipulating data to support informed decision-making and continuous service improvement.
Key Qualities and Requirements:
Proven experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and service delivery improvement
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
