Summary

We are looking for confident Bank Care & Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care. The Old Vicarageis a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. Our resident profile: Adults from the age of 18+ years Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability accompanied with behaviours that challenge including mental illness or a forensic background Individuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autism May have communication challenges May have associated complex needs Pay: Support Worker Grade 1 (Must have at least level 3) -£12.53 per hour Support Worker Grade 2 (Must have at least level 2) -£12.31 per hour Support Worker Grade 3 (e.g. No NVQ) -£12.21 per hour You will get +12.1% on top of these rates to allow for annual leave entitlement.
