Crynodeb
To participate in skills training and assessment prior to undertaking additional roles. To be aware of developments in ophthalmology and to undergo further training as required by Medical Retinal lead nurse. To attend in-service training and support meetings where provided. Participation in clinical governance meetings. To care for and be responsible for the maintenance of equipment used within the Outpatient clinic at UHCW and St Cross To adhere to the provisions in the Health and Safety at Work Act and to work within the guidelines of hospital policies and procedures. To be aware of, and comply with, the fire policy and procedures for control of infection. To maintain confidentiality of patients and their relatives at all times.
