Summary

Under 18 years - £15,337 per annum
18-20 years - £20,063 per annum
21+ years - £23,555 per annum
We are looking for a Projects and Events Assistant Apprentice. This role has diverse responsibilities, including organising and delivering a range of creative and engaging student-facing events and projects that develop enterprise and employability skills for our learners. Create opportunities that prepare students for their next steps, whether that’s the world of work, apprenticeships or further education. In addition, you will support the Enterprise and Employability Events and Projects Team with RE: Workshop events as well as Parents’ Evenings and Open Days.
The School of Enterprise and Employability offers a wide range of study programmes to both 16-18 and 19+ learners. Our course offers Level 1 Personal Social Development, Level 2 Enterprise and Employability and Level 1 and Level 2 Creative Craft, for learners who are looking to develop employability skills for next steps such as; further education, employment or apprenticeships. The Enterprise and Employability Department is a vibrant area with an exceptional and successful reputation for offering a ‘learning by doing’ curriculum. What You Will Do
Contribute to the creative decision-making of live events and projects that promote Enterprise & Employability skills within the department.
Support the organisation, coordination, and delivery of a range of Projects and Events within the Enterprise & Employability Curriculum area.
To devise innovative ways of promoting the Events and Projects internally to Staff and Students as well as externally, as and when applicable.
To evaluate and report on Department Events and Projects, including student numbers, impact, and areas for future improvement.
Collate information and data to assist with the production of Termly Reports, which shape recommendations and strategies for improvement consistent with our values.
About You
You will have achieved relevant qualifications up to and including Level 3, e.g. BTEC National, AS level, A Level.
Level 2 in English and Maths.
Willing to work towards achieving the L4 Project Management Apprenticeships.
Experience of working in a team environment.
The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with people at all levels of an organisation.
Ability to build effective working relationships, within and across teams.
