SEN Teacher – Primary School – Slough – September 2025 – Permanent Position

TLTP are currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Slough, seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the SEN Teacher Role:

As the school’s SEN Teacher, you’ll take on a dual role: leading a class and contributing to high-quality SEN provision across the school. You will:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum


Carry out targeted SEN assessments and write individual support plans


Work alongside the inclusion team, TAs, and class teachers to deliver high-impact strategies


Monitor pupil progress, lead Annual Reviews, and liaise with parents and external agencies


Contribute to staff CPD, workshops for parents, and whole-school SEN initiatives


Support will include access to:

Regular CPD and coaching from senior leaders


Additional non-contact time for SEN duties


Opportunities to contribute to policy development and school-wide initiatives
