Summary

Project Manager - National Contractor - Major Projects up to £45M

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a reputable national contractor? We're working with a well-established business with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Sports & Leisure sectors.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead a new scheme from inception through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved early, shape the delivery strategy, and see the project through every phase.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading projects from pre-construction and tender stages through to site delivery and handover

  • Managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure programmes and budgets are met

  • Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site

  • Reporting progress to senior leadership and maintaining client satisfaction throughout

What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (ideally up to £45M)

  • Background in delivering projects in the public or commercial sectors

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage complex programmes from start to finish

Essential Qualifications:
  • CSCS Card

  • SMSTS Certification

  • First Aid at Work
