We're seeking a talented and meticulous freelance Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of high-rise apartment projects in Manchester. This is a 6-month opportunity, perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional quality and ensuring snag-free handovers.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large-scale residential or high-rise developments.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of finish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing trades and driving productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to snagging and quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
