Site Manager - £20M Steel Frame Warehouse Scheme - External Works Focus

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in delivering large-scale industrial or commercial builds? We're supporting a regional contractor in their search for a Site Manager to take the lead on a new £20M steel frame warehouse project.

This role will focus heavily on external works, including roofing, cladding, groundwork, and envelope packages. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld throughout this major build.

What you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a large industrial warehouse scheme

  • Managing subcontractors and trades involved in external works and steel frame construction

  • Ensuring all work is delivered safely, to spec, and in line with programme milestones

  • Liaising with the Project Manager and senior team to report progress and resolve site issues

What we're looking for:
  • Strong background in managing external packages on steel frame buildings

  • Experience with warehouse or industrial units is highly desirable

  • Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on complex build programmes

  • Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Essential Qualifications:
  • CSCS Card

  • SMSTS Certification

  • First Aid at Work
