We are a prestigious, world-renowned 5-star hotel and resort seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our diverse dining outlets.
Collaborate with the pastry team to develop innovative and seasonal menus.
Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation.
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
