PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED for a 53year old Female
The Individual to have support via a PA to recieve 3 hours support per week to be used flexibly throughout the week.
These hours are to assist the individual with keeping track of health appointments for her and her son, and ensuring she has the correct dates and times in her diary. Support the individual, ensuring she keeps all her and her son's appointments together so she does not miss any appts. Supporting the individual to keep the house clean and tidy and maintain the cleanliness of the home environment.
The individual to be prompted and supported with the cleaning of her home, possibly following a cleaning rota so that she keeps on top of her household chores. The Individual requires consistent support flexibly throughout the week as she is at risk of neglecting her home environment.
The Individual to be supported to explore housing and to bid on available property via her log in details from the council.
