We are looking to appoint 2 Behaviour Intervention Leads for 37 Hours per Week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at Graham School. These new posts are permanent, and are to strengthen provision to students in school.

This role is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision and to co-ordinate intervention strategies for students. Delivers learning activities for a significant number of individual students or groups. Activities may involve assisting in the planning, preparing and delivering of learning activities as well as monitoring students, assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development, under the direction of a teacher.
Each of these posts will deliver therapeutic interventions to students, who may have an EHCP, to support them with their daily life and learning in school. Both posts will also involve responding to and managing behaviour incidents for SEND students, whilst actively promoting and supporting positive behaviour in school. We would welcome applications from candidates with experience of delivering interventions to students with SEMH needs.
