Crynodeb
Due to expansion we are seeking to recruit a HGV driver at our site in Linwood, working pattern will be Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6.00am to 16.00pm.
The successful candidate will be required to safely and competently operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional and customer focused manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
Collect all waste from allocated customers
Compliance with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
Duty of care to self & others
Vehicle security including equipment & plant
Maintenance of mandatory driver/vehicle records
Provide customers with the highest level of service
Excellent awareness & understanding of Health & Safety
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Full Class 2 driving licence
Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph
Experience Operating vehicles and skip / roro machinery
Relevant experience driving HGV's
