Crynodeb
To manage, review and deliver an advanced comprehensive medicines optimisation service to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) patients and the multidisciplinary treatment team responsible for their care. To provide input into policy and procedures affecting the use of pharmaceuticals at both local and trust wide levels. To deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service as a member of the multidisciplinary team, to mentally unwell patients under the care of CNWL. To manage and develop the local mental health pharmacy staff. To support the development of specialist pharmacists through supervision of their practice. To deputise for the Lead Pharmacist in his or her absence, this may include attending senior meetings. To liaise with the operations team at St Charles hospital, to support an effective dispensing and supply service to CNWL wards and community teams.
