Crynodeb
Provide effective and appropriate managerial leadership within the Womens Health Directorate; Responsive and proactive daily management of services; Support the delivery of waiting time & access targets set by the Trust and nationally; Support the delivery of safe and quality care to those accessing and receiving service within the Trust. Direct Line management of the Secretarial teams and Admissions team. Oversight and management of the colposcopy service; looking at capacity, adherence to screening programme regulations and achievement of targets. Support and provide cover for the band 5 as required.
