Crynodeb
The postholder will provide specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to the workforce, this includes one-to-one work with individuals, and consultation work advising managers and teams on the psychological aspects of wellbeing and interventions. It involves conducting psychological assessments and the delivery of appropriate therapeutic interventions. Clinically, the post holder will work autonomously, within professional guidelines and the overall framework of service policies, procedures and strategic objectives. The postholder will make decisions relating to clinical risk and treatment plans based on complex factors, involving the evaluation of a range of options and formulating and planning complex interventions and treatment programs. The postholder will line manage and provide structured clinical supervision for members of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service (e.g., Wellbeing Practitioners), as well as to other staff groups, when required. To provide advice and consultation to relevant departments within the organisation regarding the health and wellbeing of members of staff and volunteers. To contribute to service improvement projects and policies working closely with the Head of Workplace Wellbeing on these projects, in line with the agreed service strategy.
