Located in the heart of Sidmouth, our centre is a thriving community hub where fitness, wellbeing, and fun come together. From a
wide range of exercise classes and children’s activities to excellent sports facilities, we’re proud to offer something for
everyone.
We are now looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to help deliver outstanding service and
support our members in leading healthy, active lives. Please note this role includes loan working at the centre.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Welcoming and assisting members with warmth and professionalism
* Handling membership queries, bookings, and point of sale transactions
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
* Supporting the setup and pack-down of activities and equipment
* Taking initiative to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
* Working collaboratively with the wider team, and independently when required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* A positive, customer-focused attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised and reliable, with attention to detail
* Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Previous customer service experience
* First Aid at Work qualification (training can be provided)
* Reasonable level of physical fitness (for manual handling tasks)
