Hays are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and skilled 2nd line engineer to join an exciting client's team
What you will be doing
- 2nd Line Support/Field Engineer
- Answering calls, emails
- Working with Active Directory, Teams, Microsoft, M365
- Sometimes driving to different sites will be required.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- A clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Relevant IT qualifications or demonstrable IT technical support experience
- Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft/M365
- Active Directory Experience
- Prior experience as a rollout/2nd line engineer
