Crynodeb
Provide initial assessments, behavioural change support and prescribe, where required continued treatment to smokers in a range of settings including groups, drop in clinics and domiciliary visits. Support the work of the Specialist Advisors working with targeted populations e.g. pregnant women, those with chronic disease conditions, mental health service users. Provide update reports as required, disseminating key information to managers, colleagues and other professionals. To maintain smokers from their highly addictive habit, without relapse, by providing assessment, advice, support and treatment.
