About the Support Worker role:
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Sandbach
Shifts Available: Days 0800-2000 & Day Sleep shifts
Speciality: Autism and Learning Disabilities

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Sandbach. We are we are looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support. This role is Supporting a female with autism. She can display behaviours that challenge and signs of anxiety and distress. She has a good sense of humour and very much enjoys company.
Duties for this Support Worker role
Support with gaining independence
Support with shopping
Supporting with organising trips and creating itineraries
To be respectful and maintain professional boundaries
Applicant requirements:
Looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support
Knowledge in positive behaviour support, LD, autism and behaviours that challenge would be an advantage, but all training will be given
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
