Salary: £13.55 day shift / £14.63 night shift
Working hours: 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
About Us:
We are recruiting for a growing manufacturing and distribution company in Kettering. We are looking for motivated Counterbalance Drivers to support the growth of this company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading lorries
- Breaking down pallets
- Sortation
- Shrink wrapping
- Manual handling
- Moving pallets from the racking around the warehouse

Requirements:
- Must have a counterbalance license - can be in house
- Reliability
- Good experience operating the forklift
- Great attention to detail
