About the Role:
As a Night Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, therapeutic care to young people within the companies integrated residential services. You’ll act as a shift leader, role model, and guide for your team, helping to create a nurturing and stable environment where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic, child-centred care in line with each young person's Quality of Life Plan.


Support the physical and emotional wellbeing of the young people in your care.


Provide clear direction and challenge poor practice when necessary.


Ensure the safety and welfare of residents, remaining alert to any signs of distress, neglect, or abuse.


Promote and uphold the values, culture, and behavioural expectations of the company.


Contribute to maintaining a homely, supportive atmosphere that reflects the wishes and needs of the young people.

What we’re looking for:

Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People / Children and Young People's Workforce (Essential)


Previous experience in a similar role (Essential)


DBS certificate (Desirable)
