Are you great with people and passionate about providing excellent service? We're looking for a Housing Receptionist to join a dynamic, purpose-driven team in a fast-paced, front-of-house environment.
What you'll do:
- Be the welcoming face for all visitors and service users
- Handle enquiries, bookings, payments, and general reception duties
- Ensure safety by performing routine checks, monitoring access, and acting as a First Aider/Fire Marshal
- Support a safe and inclusive environment for residents and community members
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Experience in customer service or reception roles is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
