The Opportunity:
To carry out research into the cell biology and protein biochemistry of mammalian circadian rhythmicity.
This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns.
Your skills and attributes for success:
A PhD (or to be obtained within 3 months) in a relevant area.
Strong experience in standard molecular biology techniques such as western blotting, molecular cloning and qPCR.
Strong experience in mammalian tissue culture, including CRISPR/Cas9.
Experience in expression and purification of recombinant proteins is also desirable.
Experience with protein biophysics and structural biology is also desirable.
