Summary
I am a an intelligent , busy ,45 year old female wheelchair user with diagnosis of quadriplegic cerebral palsy and disbracia , i am also partically sighted
.i enjoy creative writing, attending weekly groups, i am part of a rock choir that meets weekly also. I will need my PA to take me and my wheelchair to these groups and maybe for other outings and coffees etc in the week. I will need support with personal care tasks, and also to help me some aspects of preparing my food chopping it up etc. I would also need my pa to do any of my writing for me at class and when i write poems etc.
