Summary
Job Title: 1:1 Carer – Complex Needs (24-Hour Shifts, 2–3 Days/Week)
We are looking for a kind, patient, and reliable carer to support a lady with bespoke and complex care needs in her own home. This is a 1:1 role on a 24-hour care package, working 2–3 days per week as part of a consistent and compassionate care team. Duties include personal care, medication support, companionship, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout the day and night. Full training and handover provided. Experience with complex needs preferred but not essential – a caring and committed approach is most important.
