About this opportunity
We are seeking to recruit an energetic and highly motivated individual, with great customer service skills to work in our libraries in the Barrow area.
The role is extremely varied and requires individuals to be the first point of contact for customers; provide information and handle customer enquiries effectively—including IT support—through face-to-face, phone, written, and digital interactions; carry out general library duties while assisting with building security and basic health and safety tasks; support a wide range of events and activities for all ages; and work collaboratively as part of a team.
