Are you a passionate and resilient leader with a strong background in pastoral care and safeguarding? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference?
We are seeking a Head of School (Lower) to lead a dedicated team supporting students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. - Promote a positive behavioural culture aligned with the school's values of Respect, Relationships, Resilience, and Responsibility.

- Lead assemblies, tutor sessions, and celebration events.
- Monitor and evaluate student behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing data.
- Support curriculum planning and bespoke timetables in collaboration with SENCO and teaching staff.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a pastoral or safeguarding role.
- Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- A calm, professional, and empathetic approach to behaviour management.
- Commitment to inclusive education and rebuilding lives through learning.
Why Join Us?
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a school that transforms lives. You'll work with a passionate team in a supportive environment where your leadership will have a lasting impact on students' futures.
