Inspiring SEN Teachers - Join Our New Multi-Academy Trust in Berkshire

Are you passionate about transforming lives through exceptional teaching and support for children with additional needs?

We are a newly launched, forward-thinking SEN Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together three outstanding schools-Manor Green (Maidenhead), Addington (Woodley), and Brookfields (Tilehurst). United by our guiding principle, "Stronger & Better Together," we're creating an inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.

We are now recruiting dedicated SEN Teachers to join our growing team across all three schools.

We are committed to providing the highest quality education and therapeutic support for children and young people with complex additional needs. You'll be part of a passionate and supportive team, working together to unlock every student's potential in a setting that values innovation, creativity, and individual growth.

This is more than just a teaching role-it's a chance to make a lasting difference while developing your own career within a trust that genuinely invests in its people.

At Manor Green School, you'll join a vibrant and inclusive community of around 300 students aged 2-19. Leading a small class group, you'll deliver high-quality, tailored teaching alongside a skilled class team. You'll also work closely with families and a range of professionals to ensure every child receives the personalised support they need to succeed.

We welcome applications from passionate, motivated individuals with a commitment to inclusive education. Whether you're an experienced SEN practitioner or a teacher looking to take your first step into this rewarding field, we'd love to hear from you.

If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment-where learning and professional growth are encouraged-then we'd be excited to receive your application.
