The role:
Our client is looking for a proactive LiveSmart Manager to oversee the day-to-day safety, security, and upkeep of a residential building. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage building access, communal areas, and contractor visits
Conduct safety checks including fire, lighting, and water testing
Support residents with rent queries and property upkeep
Report and monitor repairs, incidents, and health & safety issues
What the client is looking for:
Experience in facilities or housing management
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident with admin tasks and IT systems
Flexible and able to respond to out-of-hours issues if needed
Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality
