Our client is currently seeking 4 experienced Chefs to support catering operations. You will deliver high-quality food services across multiple sites and events, working closely with personnel and industry partners. This is a non-digital, on-site role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food services across various on site locations which will include various high service level personnel.
Support daytime/evening functions, bar service, and potentially reception/accommodation duties.
Collaborate with service personnel and ESS to maintain compliance with JSP 456 and ESS policy.
Ensure adherence to health, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct stock takes, handle cash accurately, and follow profit protection procedures.
Perform basic IT and administrative tasks.
Maintain a high level of security awareness and report concerns promptly.
Deliver top-tier customer service and uphold high hospitality standards.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef, including fine dining and bulk catering.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Food Safety Level 2 certification.
City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2, or minimum NVQ in Catering & Hospitality.
Desirable:
Previous experience working in a military environment.
