What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an inspirational teacher of Girls PE to join our excellent team. You will be passionate about PE and will be able to enthuse, engage and motivate our students to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be an excellent PE teacher who truly is passionate about the subject
• Be a committed team player
• Have the ability to engage and inspire pupils and build excellent relationships;
• Be committed to the Castle Manor Academy Values
• Be passionate and ambitious about their own career development.

We are part of an excellent community of PE Teams across our Trust, and work collaboratively on curriculum, teaching and learning and assessment.
Professional development opportunities are plentiful and we are working hard to be innovative around workload- we want you to have a balanced life and enjoy working with our children!
We have really strong supportive policies on feedback, reporting and behaviour for learning that allow you and your team time to plan and teach excellent lessons.
This post is appropriate for ECTs. We have an excellent track record at supporting and developing ECTs and providing career progression opportunities.
